We want anyone to be able to book a bin clean, whatever device they use and however they use
it. This page is honest about where we are.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That covers
things like text that resizes without breaking, a site you can operate with a keyboard alone,
enough colour contrast to read comfortably, and form fields that screen readers can announce.

What we know is not there yet

We have not yet completed a full independent audit against WCAG 2.1 AA, so we cannot claim
compliance. We are working through the site rather than asserting it is finished.

If something gets in your way

Tell us through our contact form and we will fix it, and help you book in the meantime. Please say
what you were trying to do and what device or assistive technology you were using — it makes the
problem much easier to find.
